Trader Joe’s just rolled out a fresh “New & Exciting Arrivals” endcap for October, and it’s basically a treasure map for your cart. A Swedish layer cake, a $2.99 latte-style concentrate, a pink-peppercorn cheese and more are all hiding in there. Grab your tote, because we’ve got the best of the bunch.
The $2.99 Sip That Makes 4+ Coffee-Shop Drinks
Meet Trader Joe’s London Fog Tea Drink Concentrate ($2.99 for 16 fl oz). It blends Assam and bergamot black teas with vanilla, and the label says it makes 4+ drinks. Mix one part concentrate with two parts milk (dairy or non-dairy), hot or iced. That’s pennies per cup versus a $6 cafe cup. And it’s not limited to fall, so stock up.
“I find the 1:2 too sweet, so use a little less concentrate, more milk, but it’s so good.”

A $7.99 Swedish Showstopper
The Swedish Princess Raspberry Cake ($7.99, 18 oz) is the splashy one. It’s a frozen cake from Sweden with two sponge layers, raspberry jam, pastry cream, a whipped cream dome and pastel-green marzipan with white stripes. Parade notes it’s hard to find at bakeries, and it’s expected to stick around through the end of the year. For a party-ready dessert under $8, that’s a win.

More October Finds Worth the Trip
Pumpkin & Spice Caramel Sauce ($3.99, 10 oz) is thick caramel with pumpkin purée, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Spoon it over ice cream, yogurt or French toast, or dunk apple slices in it. One shopper’s review: “Straight out of the jar!!!” Same.
Chicken Florentine Lasagna ($7.49, 32 oz) swaps red sauce for white, with ground chicken, spinach, Parmesan and Romano. A shopper wrote they “already know I will be buying this again several times over.” That’s a heat-and-eat dinner for the whole table for about $7.
Pink Peppercorn Fontina ($6.99, 7 oz) is a mild Wisconsin Fontina coated in cracked pink peppercorns and freeze-dried strawberry powder. It’s pretty on a cheese board and works on burgers or salads too. Also on the endcap: Apple Vinaigrette ($3.49), Passion Fruit Mini Ice Cream Bars ($3.99) and Chocolate Chip Brioche Style Liège Waffles ($4.99).
